We will ship to a USA address provided at the time of checkout. You must supply complete address information including a telephone number and the address that can be verified and match the billing address.
We do not ship to Freight Forwarders. Therefore your order will be cancelled if the USA address destination is a freight forwarder.
If verification is needed We will contact you via email or phone. If no answer is received after 48 hours of first attempt of contact your order will be cancelled. If payment was done by PAYPAL your money will be refunded to your account. If payment was done with Credit Card you are not charged until we ship the order.
We don't ship to international or PO boxes.
If you are shipping to HI,PR,VI,AK,APO,AP you must choose Airmail as shipping method to get a proper shipping rate
A signature is required for all FedEx shipments upon receipt.

We do not ship COD orders.

If you are purchasing products for Government

Shipping:
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed. Delivery can take anywhere from
two to ten working days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select.
Excluded from this time window are international orders and any packages that must be sent via a shipper other than
UPS or Fedex, ie. US Postal Service or common carrier.
Domestic: We use UPS and Fedex for all domestic shipments. Shipping charges are calculated
automatically before order is placed. If you live in Florida 7% sales tax will be added
to your order. All shipments are insured.
Next Day Shipping: Your order will be shipped the next
business day for delivery the following business day. To qualify for next day delivery,
your order must be placed and your credit card authorized by 10 am EST. We cannot offer
Next Day Shipping during weekends or holidays.
Second Day Air Shipping: Your
order will be shipped the next business day for scheduled delivery in two business days.
To qualify for Second Day Air Shipping, your order must be placed and your credit card
authorized by 10 am EST. We cannot offer Second Day Air Shipping during weekends or
holidays.
Standard UPS Ground Delivery: Your
order will be shipped next business day for scheduled delivery in seven to ten business
days (not including holidays and weekends). To qualify for scheduled delivery, your order
must be placed and your credit card authorized by 10 am EST.International: When
the delivery address is entered, shipping charges are calculated automatically before
order is placed. We use U.S. Mail, Fedex and UPS for all international
orders. If you prefer other shipping method please contact us. All international shipments are insured at no extra cost. We must have a phone and/or a fax before we can ship
your order. Duty and other import taxes are not prepaid.
UPS Standard to Canada Service: Brokerage fees will apply. Provincial Sales Tax (PST) may apply.

Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates must be redeemed through our Web site, http://www.tackletogo.com, toward the purchase of products listed in Tackletogo.com's online catalog and sold by Tackletogo.com.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account.
If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.
Gift certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
Gift certificates and their use on our Web site are subject to our general Conditions of Use.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
Warranty and Returns:
Please call us to get an Return Merchandise Authoriztion. Merchandise will be charged a 15% restocking fee if we receive it without proper RMA. If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return unused items in the original box with all accessories within 21 days for an exchange or a refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
Items that are returned in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned after 30 days. All returns must be insured and postage prepaid. Please, clearly
print / type your name and address on the outside of the package. Merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip. All returned items must be in new condition with all unused accessories
and in original carton. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Contact the manufacturer for
all warranties in electronics and electric products, we will honor the manufacturer's warranties on all other
products.
